My New Year dinner was a success!
This is a whole cabbage and a dozen red potatoes. The corned beef (not pictured) was so good. I used the seasoning package that came with the meat. You can see the money I have hidden in the cabbage leaves. My grandsons ate every bite and had three servings.
They loved learning about family traditions.
